The shop is very successful, with many regular customers as well as newbies who find them online, passing by on the street or by word of mouth.
This company has had an ecommerce website for a few years, but it has been secondary to their core business offline. As the company is growing, Manhattan Saddlery contracted Consorte Marketing to develop an aggressive, effective SEO campaign to drive traffic to the website. This traffic has inspired the company to plan a website redesign of the dated version.
Ultimately, the purpose of this redesign is twofold. First, to build the online brand of the business – to place their quality horse riding merchandise into the context of a professional website, resulting in higher conversion. And the second, to build the offline brand for the saddlery shop, on a local level for visitors in NYC to stop by the store.
